WareSpace

Designed and built for WareSpace, this project is a 70,000-total-square-foot multi-unit warehouse storage facility renovation in Phoenix, Arizona.

This project consists of an approximately 70,000 SF multi-unit warehouse storage facility renovation, converting a former call center and office building into a functional industrial storage environment. The scope included full demolition and gutting of the existing interior, followed by reconstruction to support warehouse and tenant storage use.

The renovated facility includes an approximately 70,000 SF warehouse and a 3,000 SF office area, integrated to support operations and tenant needs. Improvements include construction of a new dock well with two dock positions, enabling efficient loading and unloading.

Interior systems include installation of a racking wall system with uprights, beams, shelving, sheet metal wall panels, diamond plates, and trim, providing structured and durable storage configurations. Lighting upgrades include high-bay LED fixtures to improve visibility and energy efficiency.

Building systems were upgraded across all trades, including fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems, to meet current code and operational requirements. Exterior improvements include facility painting and repairs along with sealcoating of the existing asphalt, enhancing durability and site appearance. The project was engineered to repurpose an existing office facility into a flexible, multi-tenant warehouse storage solution.
