PREMIER GOLF & ENTERTAINMENT FACILITY IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ
Designed and built for Topgolf, this project is a 65,000 square foot premier golf and entertainment complex in Scottsdale, AZ.
This project consists of an approximately 65,000 SF premier golf entertainment complex developed on a 14-acre site. The facility includes approximately 20,000 SF of high-end bar and restaurant space and a 3,000 SF top-level beer garden, designed to support high-occupancy entertainment and food service operations. Site improvements included a dedicated access roadway and monument sign serving the property.
The complex features 102 hitting bays equipped with RFID technology to provide instantaneous ball location and performance feedback. The outfield includes ten target structures constructed of heavy-gauge corrugated metal with manhole access for maintenance. Infrastructure was designed to support high technology demand, including data and electrical systems capable of serving 250 televisions, 102 gaming consoles, and 102 infrared heaters.
Architectural finishes include wood and aluminum ceiling elements, custom fixtures, perforated metal panel systems with a rusted finish, stacked stone accents, and roof trellises, coordinated to deliver durability and visual impact. The project was delivered under a full design-build model, including civil, structural, landscaping, and MEP/FP/FA scopes, with systems engineered to support assembly occupancy, advanced technology integration, and long-term operational performance.
