Topgolf

Designed and built for Topgolf, this project is a 50,000 square foot premier golf and entertainment complex in Rodgers, AR.

This project consists of an approximately 50,000 SF premier golf and entertainment complex developed on a 10.79-acre site. The facility includes approximately 10,000 SF of high-end bar and restaurant space and an approximately 2,000 SF patio beer garden, integrated into a compact venue footprint. This location represents the first site of the new Topgolf “Select” design, requiring coordination of updated architectural and operational standards.

The complex features 72 hitting bays equipped with RFID technology to provide instantaneous ball location and performance feedback. An automated ball distribution system serves each bay to support continuous operation. The outfield includes target structures constructed with heavy-gauge corrugated metal and manhole access for maintenance.

Site development required extensive earthwork, including relocation and reshaping of existing ponds to accommodate the new building footprint and outfield configuration. Architectural finishes include wood and aluminum ceiling elements, custom fixtures, tile accents, and ceiling trellises, coordinated to deliver a durable, high-end entertainment environment. The project was engineered to support high occupancy loads, integrated technology systems, and long-term operational performance within a reduced site footprint.
