Designed and Built for Overland Property Group, this project is a nine-building, 230,000-total-square-foot apartment complex in Aurora, CO.
This project consists of a nine-building, garden-style affordable housing apartment complex totaling approximately 230,000 SF and delivering 192 residential units with 384 beds. The development includes eight three-story multifamily buildings and a 5,000 SF clubhouse, designed to support community amenities and resident services.
The buildings are constructed using wood-framed construction and feature exterior finishes of manufactured stone veneer and fiber cement siding, providing durability and long-term performance. Each residential unit includes a private balcony, supporting outdoor living space within the garden-style layout.
Site improvements include 233 outdoor car parking spaces and a dedicated playground area, supporting resident and family needs. The project was engineered to deliver efficient multifamily housing with integrated community amenities, durable materials, and cost-effective construction suitable for affordable housing development.
