This 79,000 SF assisted living and memory care facility was meticulously designed to offer a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for residents. The two-story, wood-framed structure houses 89 thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, each crafted to provide a sense of home. Exterior finishes, including stone veneer and fiber cement trim, create a welcoming aesthetic, while large windows flood the interior spaces with natural light.

The facility boasts a wide range of amenities to enhance the quality of life for residents. These include a fitness and wellness center, a salon and day spa, a theatre, activity rooms, and a resident pub with wrap-around bar seating. A full-service kitchen supports dining options, while outdoor amenities like a large courtyard, dog park, covered balconies, and walk-out patio units ensure a seamless connection to nature.
