DISTRIBUTION FACILITY IN SCHODACK, NY
Designed and built for Scannell Properties, this project is a 1,015,740-total-square-foot distribution facility tenant improvement completed for Amazon.
This 1,015,740 SF distribution facility was developed for Scannell Properties and Amazon in Schodack, New York. Constructed using load-bearing tilt-up concrete panels, the facility includes a 35,000 SF office space and features a 36-foot clear height to accommodate high-volume storage and racking. The building is equipped with 100 dock positions to support high-throughput operations and efficient logistics flow. A 60-mil white TPO mechanically attached roofing system enhances durability and energy efficiency, while an ESFR fire protection system ensures code compliance and operational safety. ARCO’s integrated design-build approach helped deliver a cost-effective, schedule-driven solution tailored to the demands of modern e-commerce distribution.
