2-BUILDING MAINTENANCE FACILITY RENOVATION AND MATERIAL RECOVERY EXPANSION IN CINCINNATI, OH
Built for Rumpke Waste & Recycling, this 76,400 SF two-building renovation and expansion supports maintenance operations and material recovery upgrades.
Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, this ±76,400 SF two-building maintenance facility renovation and material recovery expansion enhances operations to support recycling needs and is conveniently located next to Rumpke Waste & Recycling’s recycling facility.
Building A includes a ±50,000 SF renovation of an existing facility into a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) compliant maintenance building, along with 6,000 SF of new office space. The scope adds 21 new maintenance bays, 36 additional trailer spaces, and 20 additional parking spaces. Upgrades also include CNG fueling infrastructure, a pre-engineered metal building system, an 8-ton overhead gantry crane, and an exterior wash bay.
Building B consists of a ±26,400 SF expansion of the existing Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and renovation of the current facility to accommodate updated sorting operations. Improvements include installation of Machinex Technologies recycling systems, a pre-engineered metal building expansion, site and parking enhancements, and nine dock positions to support increased material processing efficiency.
