Built for Rumpke Waste & Recycling, this 66,200 SF facility includes a three-story office, maintenance building, and site maintenance garage supporting waste and recycling operations.
Located in Effingham, Illinois, this +/- 5,200 SF heavy equipment maintenance facility includes a maintenance building, scale house, wheel wash, and site improvements to support fleet operations.
The project consists of a +/- 4,775 SF heavy equipment maintenance building with a 425 SF office space and a 24-foot clear height, along with a +/- 800 SF office space within the scale house. The maintenance building includes one drive-through maintenance bay, one drive-in maintenance bay, and a drive-through exterior wash bay.
The facility is constructed as a pre-engineered metal maintenance building with a wood-framed scale house and a concrete wheel wash system. Additional features include eight car parking spaces, 400A electrical service for the maintenance building, 200A service for the scale house and wheel wash, 65 FC lighting in the maintenance building, and concrete foundations.
