Built for Rumpke Waste & Recycling, this 66,200 SF facility includes a three-story office, maintenance building, and a site maintenance garage to support high-volume waste and recycling operations.

Located in Colerain Township, Cincinnati, on Rumpke Waste & Recycling’s headquarters campus, this ±66,200 SF build-to-suit facility is currently under construction and will serve as a modern office, maintenance, and site operations hub supporting waste and recycling functions.

The project includes a 50,600 SF Office & Maintenance Building and a 15,600 SF Site Maintenance Garage. The three-story, 20,600 SF office building will feature a lobby, conference rooms, private offices, training rooms, open office space, break rooms, and restrooms. Connected to the office is a 30,000 SF maintenance building designed to support truck and heavy equipment maintenance for waste and recycling operations, including heavy equipment bays, maintenance bays, a two-story mezzanine, private offices, a conference room, storage areas, and a break room.

The facility is being constructed with structural steel and a CFMF façade featuring brick veneer and curtainwall systems. Additional project features include 15 drive-in bays, 21 trailer parking spaces, 211 car parking spaces, a 60-mil fully adhered TPO roof, and a standing seam metal roof system.

The 15,600 SF Site Maintenance Garage is a pre-engineered metal building with a 28-foot clear height and includes site bays, wastewater bays, offices, restrooms, and a break room. The garage also features nine drive-in bays and a standing seam metal roof. The new facility is conveniently located adjacent to Rumpke’s landfill, providing efficient access for truck maintenance needs.
