Republic Wire, Inc.

Designed and built for Republic Wire, Inc., this project is a 311,867 total square foot distribution facility and company headquarters.

Located on a 15-acre site in West Chester, Ohio, this 312,000 SF facility serves as the new headquarters and distribution center for Republic Wire, Inc. The project includes a 16,000 SF two-story office and a 7,500 SF mezzanine integrated into the warehouse footprint. The structure utilizes concrete tilt-up construction designed for efficient high-volume distribution operations.
The warehouse features a 26-foot clear height for racking and vertical storage needs. Structural support includes pad foundations with continuous perimeter footings. Column spacing is 41’8” x 50’, allowing for optimized material handling and storage layouts.
Twelve dock positions and one drive-in ramp support shipping and receiving operations, providing flexibility for both trailers and smaller vehicles. The facility includes 91 parking spaces for staff and visitors. Power is delivered via a 4,000-amp electrical service designed to meet current and future operational demands.
Two segmental retaining walls were constructed to manage the site’s topography and maintain structural integrity. The roof system is a 45-mil mechanically attached TPO membrane with R-20 insulation, providing energy efficiency and long-term durability.
Lighting throughout the warehouse is high-bay LED with motion sensors, ensuring reduced energy consumption and improved visibility. Fire protection is provided by a fully integrated ESFR sprinkler system with an electric fire pump, meeting high-hazard storage requirements.
This facility is purpose-built to support Republic Wire’s headquarters and distribution operations, with all core systems and infrastructure designed for scalability and long-term performance.
