Designed for Provision Living, this project is an 80,000 square foot, two-story assisted living and memory care facility.
This project consists of an approximately 80,000 SF assisted living and memory care facility designed to support a range of senior housing needs within a single integrated campus. The two-story building includes 65 assisted living units and 19 memory care units, providing dedicated environments for varying levels of care and supervision.
In addition to the main facility, the development includes 15 independent living villa townhomes, offering residents a transition option with greater independence while maintaining proximity to care services. The project was designed to support resident safety, accessibility, and efficient staff operations across all care levels.
The facility integrates residential, healthcare, and support spaces within a coordinated layout, delivering durable construction and a functional environment tailored to assisted living and memory care operations.
