The Nebraska Distribution Warehouse is a 184,800 SF tilt-up concrete facility located in Omaha, Nebraska. Designed for efficient logistics and storage operations, the building includes 20 dock positions equipped with 9x9 overhead doors and 6x8 air bag dock levelers rated at 40,000 lbs. These features support high-volume shipping and receiving needs.
The facility includes 3,200 SF of dedicated office space, providing room for administrative operations directly on site. The warehouse layout incorporates 48x48 SF column spacing for optimized racking and material handling. With a 30’ clear height, the structure accommodates modern storage systems and allows for increased vertical inventory capacity.
The floor slab is 6” thick, engineered to support heavy equipment and pallet loads. Load-bearing tilt-up walls provide structural durability and long-term performance. The roof system is a mechanically fastened 45 mil TPO membrane, designed for energy efficiency and weather resistance.
The warehouse is protected by an ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinkler system to meet stringent fire safety requirements. Electrical service is provided by a 1200 AMP panel, supporting a range of operational demands. Interior lighting is designed to maintain a 20 FC level using T-5 fluorescent fixtures, ensuring proper visibility across all working areas.
