Lenexa Logistics Centre

Designed and Built for Block Real Estate Services, the Lenexa Logistics Centre is an 10-building, 3,600,000 SF, industrial park.

This project consists of a 10-building industrial park totaling approximately 3,600,000 SF, developed to support large-scale distribution and logistics operations. The park includes multiple distribution facilities ranging from approximately 200,000 SF to 640,000 SF, including buildings of approximately 640,000 SF, 610,000 SF, 570,000 SF, 400,000 SF, 350,000 SF, 270,000 SF, 250,000 SF, 200,000 SF, 200,000 SF, and 200,000 SF, one of which was delivered as a dedicated distribution facility for MSI Surfaces. The campus layout supports phased development, flexible tenant configurations, and high-volume industrial use.

Buildings across the park are constructed with load-bearing tilt-up concrete walls and are designed with 32- to 36-foot clear heights to accommodate high-piled storage and efficient material handling. Floor systems consist of 7-inch-thick concrete slabs, engineered for heavy rack loads and long-term durability. All facilities are protected by ESFR sprinkler systems, supporting modern warehouse fire protection requirements.

Roof assemblies include mechanically fastened 45-mil and 60-mil TPO roof systems with R-20 insulation, providing consistent thermal performance and weather resistance across the development. Electrical infrastructure is standardized with 3,000-amp electrical services, allowing flexibility for tenant improvements and high-power operational demands. The industrial park was executed as a large-scale, repeatable building program focused on durability, operational efficiency, and long-term asset performance.
