Designed and built for Block Real Estate Services, this project is a 200,000-total-square-foot distribution facility in the Lenexa Logistics Centre industrial park.

This project consists of an approximately 200,000 SF distribution facility constructed within the Lenexa Logistics Centre industrial park, designed to support modern warehouse and multi-tenant distribution operations. The building is constructed using tilt-up concrete construction and is designed with a 32-foot clear height to accommodate high-density racking and efficient material handling.

Shipping and receiving operations are supported by twenty-four dock positions and four drive-in doors, allowing flexibility for inbound and outbound logistics. The facility also includes six storefront entries, supporting multiple tenant access points and office configurations. The structural grid is designed with 50 SF x 54.5 SF column spacing, providing efficient bay layouts for warehouse operations.

Electrical infrastructure includes a 3,000-amp electrical service, supporting tenant buildouts and operational equipment. Interior lighting consists of LED high-bay fixtures to improve visibility and energy performance. The roof assembly includes a 45-mil TPO system with R-20 insulation, and fire protection is provided by an ESFR sprinkler system designed for high-piled storage requirements.
