Designed and Built for Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling, this project is a 80,000 total square foot beverage manufacturing and distribution facility expansion and renovation.

This 80,000 SF expansion and renovation project for a beverage manufacturing and distribution facility enhances both functionality and capacity. The project includes a 79,140 SF warehouse area constructed with insulated precast panels and a steel joist/girder roof framing system. The facility is equipped with a 60-mil mechanically attached TPO roof, ensuring long-term durability and energy efficiency.

Key features include 23 dock positions fitted with central air dock pit levelers and continuous overhead pallet storage. The design also accommodates 92 battery charging locations to support operations. A 5,073 SF drive-thru area is integrated into the facility for efficient product movement. Two two-story dock offices, each 1,720 SF, provide dedicated workspace for logistics operations.

The facility also includes a 5,629 SF mezzanine that houses a break room and training area, along with a 901 SF repack area and a 738 SF point-of-sale section. The concentrate cooler spans 1,623 SF, featuring insulated metal panels for temperature control, and includes a specialized 370 SF combustible material compartment with a 12,000-gallon underground containment system for safety and compliance.
