DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION

Digital Crossroad

DATA CENTER FACILITY IN HAMMOND, IN

Designed and built for Digital Crossroad, this project is a 105,000 SF data center facility and central utility plant.

This project includes a 105,000 SF data center core and shell, an 8,000 SF central plant, and a 20MVA substation. The development was designed and built to meet the operational demands of a mission-critical facility, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and system redundancy.

The scope encompassed full site development and utility installation, including underground infrastructure to support high-capacity electrical and mechanical systems. The structural design incorporated durable materials to ensure longevity and performance under continuous operation.

Major equipment procurement included air handling units, electrical switchgear, generators, transformers, and UPS systems—each selected to maintain uninterrupted service and efficient energy management. The central plant supports precise temperature control and power distribution, while the substation provides a stable electrical backbone capable of supporting current and future data loads.

This facility was constructed with an emphasis on efficiency, coordination, and system integration, delivering a robust foundation for secure, high-performance data operations.
