ARCO National Construction is pleased to announce that Dan McKnight has joined the company as Director of Business Development for its New England Division. In this role, McKnight will focus on building relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and industry partners to support commercial and industrial projects throughout Boston and the broader New England region.
McKnight brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background spanning construction operations, estimating, and project management. His experience collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and industry partners provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the development and construction process, allowing him to help clients navigate projects from early planning through completion.
Throughout his career, McKnight has contributed to a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. His experience includes supporting large-scale distribution, cold storage, and manufacturing facilities as well as corporate office, tenant improvement, and specialized laboratory environments throughout New England.
McKnight also holds a Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB) credential, reflecting his commitment to sustainable and high-performance building practices. His expertise in passive building principles and energy-efficient design will support ARCO’s continued focus on innovative, sustainable construction solutions throughout the region.

McKnight earned both his Master of Science in Construction Management and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.
