The facility is equipped with a C1D1 extraction booth and a C1D2-rated assembly area, ensuring compliance with strict safety standards and providing a controlled environment for volatile processing activities. A 1,285 SF office space offers ample room for administrative and operational functions within the facility.
A robust 1,000-amp electrical service meets the facility’s power demands, supporting equipment in both processing and administrative areas. Security and access control are prioritized with a PDK card reader system, offering controlled, secure access to processing areas.
