This 14,850 SF cannabis processing facility renovation includes a 13,565 SF dedicated space for cannabis extraction and ethanol distillation, designed to support advanced, high-efficiency processing operations. The facility is equipped with a C1D1 extraction booth and a C1D2-rated assembly area, ensuring compliance with strict safety standards and providing a controlled environment for volatile processing activities. A 1,285 SF office space offers ample room for administrative and operational functions within the facility.

A robust 1,000-amp electrical service meets the facility’s power demands, supporting equipment in both processing and administrative areas. Security and access control are prioritized with a PDK card reader system, offering controlled, secure access to processing areas. This facility is designed to streamline cannabis processing operations while upholding rigorous safety and compliance standards essential in the cannabis industry.
