Catalina Marketing

Designed and built for Catalina Marketing, this project is an 26,000-total-square-foot office renovation.

This project consists of an approximately 26,000 SF office renovation focused on upgrading interior finishes, collaboration spaces, and technology infrastructure. The scope includes construction of a 2,500 SF outdoor patio and lounge area utilizing a lightweight walk pad system, expanding usable workspace and supporting informal meetings and events.

Interior improvements feature exposed wood beams and deck structure combined with exposed brick throughout, maintaining an industrial character while improving finish quality. Architectural elements include a custom maple-finished staircase, faux concrete wall accents, floating soffit features, and custom ceiling soffits used to define circulation and collaboration zones. Custom wood column enclosures were installed throughout the space to integrate structure into the architectural design.

Office fronts were upgraded with glass partitions and barn-style doors, along with custom glass frosting to balance transparency and privacy. Collaboration and technology upgrades include video conferencing capability throughout and an erase/write folding partition to support flexible meeting and training configurations. The renovation was executed to deliver a durable, modern office environment with enhanced functionality, architectural detail, and adaptable workspaces.
