In this role, Bettez will focus on delivering comprehensive, turnkey design and construction solutions for office tenant improvements and adaptive reuse projects throughout the New England region. Backed by ARCO’s national resources and integrated design-build platform, ARCO New England continues to strengthen its ability to serve clients seeking to reposition and modernize existing assets.

Bettez brings significant experience managing intricate historic adaptive reuse projects requiring careful coordination, regulatory navigation, and creative problem-solving. He previously served as project manager on three highly technical and challenging transformations, including the conversion of a one-room theater into multifamily housing, the redevelopment of a former fitness center into an aviation school, and the adaptive reuse of a historic textile mill into a boutique hotel. Each project demanded a thoughtful balance between preserving architectural character and integrating modern building systems to meet current codes and client objectives.
