ARCO’s Kansas City division is beginning construction on a 198,715 SF distribution facility within the Lenexa Logistics Centre, a premier 348-acre, Class A industrial park in the Kansas City region. This project is being developed in partnership with repeat client, Block Real Estate Services (BRES), and marks the tenth facility ARCO will deliver for BRES within the park.
Located at 11296 Britton Street in Lenexa, Kansas, the facility offers immediate access to major interstates including I-35, I-435, and K-10.
The state-of-the-art facility will feature a tilt-up concrete exterior, energy efficient, LED hi-bay lighting, 3,000 amps of electrical service, and six entries. Additional features include 32’ clear height, 24 dock positions, and four drive-in doors.
ARCO has successfully completed more than 3.7 million square feet of industrial space within Lenexa Logistics Centre.
