Topgolf

Designed and built for Topgolf, this project is a 70,000 square foot premier golf and entertainment complex in Gilbert, AZ.

This project consists of an approximately 70,000 SF, three-story state-of-the-art golf and entertainment complex developed on a 14-acre site. The facility includes approximately 20,000 SF of high-end bar and restaurant space and a 4,000 SF top-level beer garden, designed to support high-occupancy entertainment use with integrated food and beverage operations.

The complex features 102 hitting bays utilizing RFID technology for instantaneous ball location and performance feedback. The outfield includes ten target structures constructed with heavy-gauge corrugated metal and manhole access for maintenance. An automated ball distribution system delivers balls directly to each hitting bay, supporting continuous use and high customer turnover.

The facility includes extensive technology infrastructure with data and electrical systems designed to support 250 televisions, 102 gaming consoles, and 102 infrared heaters, requiring coordinated power distribution and controls across all bay locations. Architectural finishes include wood and aluminum ceiling elements, custom fixtures, stacked stone, and roof trellises, supporting durability and a high-end commercial appearance.

The project was delivered as a full design-build, including civil, structural, and MEP scopes, with building systems engineered to support large assembly loads, advanced technology integration, and long-term operational performance.
