Designed and built for NorthPoint Development, the Stonecrest Senior Living facility is a 74,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility.

This 74,000 SF, three-story assisted living and memory care facility is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and specialized care in a welcoming environment. With 81 units in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, it accommodates a total of 94 beds, providing residents with private living spaces that support both independence and accessibility. The structure is built with a cold-formed structural steel frame and finished with stone veneer, EIFS plaster, and fiber cement trim, balancing durability with an inviting, residential aesthetic.

The facility’s design includes large windows throughout, creating bright, airy spaces filled with natural light. Covered exterior balconies offer residents comfortable outdoor spaces for relaxation and connection with nature. To support holistic well-being, the facility provides a wide array of amenities, including a fully equipped fitness and wellness center, salon and day spa, theater, activity rooms, and media center, enhancing residents' quality of life and fostering social engagement.

A specially designed memory care neighborhood offers additional support to residents with cognitive care needs, with thoughtfully planned layouts and features tailored to enhance safety and familiarity. This focus on resident-centered care and high-quality living earned the facility the Senior Housing News 2018 Architecture & Design Award in Assisted Living, underscoring its excellence in creating an environment where residents feel secure, cared for, and engaged in a vibrant community.
