Designed and built for Spaces, ARCO has completed 10 coworking office projects totaling 343,790 SF in seven states nationwide.

ARCO's partnership with Spaces includes 10 coworking office renovation projects across seven states totaling 343,790 SF. These projects spanned a range of sizes, from 10,000 to 92,000 SF, and included a variety of workspace environments such as waiting areas, private offices, open office areas, cafes, break rooms, community spaces, and conference rooms. The designs were tailored to create flexible, modern, and functional workspaces.

Key features of these renovations included aluminum-framed office fronts with glazing, offering a clean and open aesthetic, and new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC systems for improved energy efficiency and comfort. LED and energy-efficient lighting were installed throughout the spaces, contributing to sustainability and reducing operational costs. Custom elements like staircases, wall coverings, millwork, and glass partitions were incorporated to enhance the overall design and functionality of each office.

The projects also included significant audio/visual upgrades, such as Sonos systems and enhanced WiFi infrastructure, to support modern business needs and ensure connectivity. These renovations provided high-quality, flexible workspaces that catered to the evolving demands of coworking environments, with an emphasis on both style and practicality.
