DISTRIBUTION FACILITY IN DIXON, CA

Designed and built for Scannell Properties, this project is a 500,000-square-foot distribution facility completed for GE Appliances.

This project consists of an approximately 500,000 SF distribution facility designed to support large-scale logistics and material handling operations. The building includes a 10,000 SF office area, a 4,000 SF battery charging station, and a 5,000 SF maintenance area, providing dedicated space for administrative functions and equipment support. The facility is constructed using tilt-up concrete construction, delivering durability and efficient project execution.

The warehouse is designed with a 32-foot clear height to support high-density storage and modern racking systems. Floor construction consists of a 7-inch unreinforced concrete slab, engineered to meet operational loading requirements. The roof assembly includes a 60-mil mechanically attached TPO roof system, providing long-term weather protection and performance.

Interior systems include LED lighting to improve energy efficiency and visibility throughout the facility. The project was engineered to deliver a functional, durable distribution building with efficient space planning and long-term operational performance.
