Located in Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio, this 42,612 SF facility serves as Rumpke Waste & Recycling’s Transfer Depot, Maintenance Building, and Office. The project includes a 26,700 SF transfer depot, a 10,920 SF maintenance building, and a 4,992 SF two-story office.

The facility features inbound and outbound scales with a scale house, 28-foot clear height, a 5-ton bridge crane, 12 drive-in doors, and two drive-in ramps to support efficient operations. The tipping floor is reinforced with a 7,000-PSI ballistic slab, and the site includes 46 container vehicle spaces, 92 car spaces, a 10,000-gallon fueling station, a leachate storage tank, a heated maintenance floor, a steel-framed wash bay, and a 60-mil TPO roof. Concrete pavement totaling 405,000 SF provides long-term durability.
