MULTISITE OFFICE RENOVATIONS
Designed and built for RSM, ARCO has completed 4 office tenant improvement projects totaling approximately 30,000 SF.
ARCO’s partnership with RSM includes four design-build office projects ranging from 8,100 to 14,500 SF. These projects included full interior renovations, office reconfiguration, and a high-rise buildout featuring reception areas, executive and private offices, open workspaces, break rooms, server rooms, conference rooms, and collaborative huddle spaces. Each location was tailored to meet operational needs while delivering a refined, modern workplace environment.
Key features across the projects included glass partitions with custom aluminum framing, premium flooring finishes such as carpet, LVT, ceramic tile, and high-end reception materials including metal wall panels and custom millwork. Specialty wood ceiling systems, acoustical ceiling upgrades, and energy-efficient LED lighting enhanced both performance and aesthetics. HVAC systems were reconfigured or newly installed to support updated layouts, including dedicated split systems for server rooms.
Through ARCO’s design-build delivery, each office was completed with coordinated architectural and MEP design, efficient scheduling, and high-quality finishes, resulting in flexible, professional workspaces that support both employee productivity and client experience.
