Puttshack

Designed and built for Puttshack, this project is a 27,000 square foot, indoor mini-golf facility.

ARCO partnered with Puttshack to deliver a 27,000 SF premier indoor mini-golf facility that combines cutting-edge technology with an upscale entertainment experience. This state-of-the-art venue redefines social recreation, offering immersive gameplay paired with vibrant dining and bar spaces.

The facility features 9,300 SF of mini-golf courses and two bar areas totaling 8,200 SF, designed to create an engaging atmosphere for guests. Premium finishes include polished concrete floors, wood flooring in the private dining room, dark blue ceilings, and sophisticated wall coverings that enhance the overall design aesthetic. Custom glasswork such as sliding doors and large windows in the private dining room bring natural light into the space while maintaining a modern, open feel.

The venue includes a 2,600 SF commercial kitchen with a walk-in cooler and freezer, draft beer and soda systems, a CO2 system, and advanced ventilation to support high-volume food and beverage service. Infrastructure upgrades include custom LED fixtures, tape lighting, and exterior enhancements such as façade improvements, infilled exterior openings, and a thermoplastic polyolefin roof system.

This design-build project encompassed permitting, structural engineering, and MEP coordination, delivering a fully integrated entertainment destination that elevates Puttshack’s innovative approach to hospitality and leisure.
