Designed and Built for Provision Living, this project is an 80,530 square foot assisted living and memory care facility.
This 80,530 SF senior living community offers a thoughtfully designed residence with 65 assisted living units and 19 memory care units. Built with two-story, non-combustible metal frame construction, the community is licensed as a Home for the Aged, ensuring high standards for safety and care.
The community features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options, catering to a variety of resident needs. A full-service commercial kitchen serves residents and supports a bistro café, adding convenience and variety to dining experiences. Residents also benefit from a range of amenities, including a fitness center, therapy room, theater, activity rooms, and a salon, which promote an engaging and active lifestyle.
Landscaped outdoor courtyards and walking paths provide serene spaces for relaxation and exercise, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents. This facility balances comfort, care, and modern conveniences in a vibrant and supportive environment.
