ARCO National Construction recently partnered with Scannell Properties to deliver a 355,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Fort Worth, Texas, for Performance Food Group (PFG), an industry-leading food and foodservice distribution company. The project significantly enhances PFG’s distribution capabilities in Texas and surrounding markets.
The state-of-the-art facility includes multiple temperature zones: more than 69,000 square feet of -10°F freezer space, approximately 46,000 square feet of cooler storage, and a 1,600-square-foot -20°F ice cream freezer. Advanced features include dry warehouse and freezer spaces with 50-foot clear height, plus a high-performance ammonia refrigeration system with an engine room and penthouse units.
ARCO has completed over five million square feet of cold storage and distribution space for PFG nationwide.
