ARCO National Construction's Cleveland division has completed an 8,122-square-foot office build-out for Maxim Healthcare in Canton, Ohio. The project was delivered within an existing steel and concrete structure and was completed on an expedited schedule in under 50 days.
The build-out includes approximately 2,500 square feet of open office space, 11 private offices, and one conference room. Additional interior features include a break room equipped with a sink, ice maker, and two refrigerators.
The space also includes a double glass door entry along with a wood side door entry, supporting both functionality and accessibility for employees and visitors.
