Designed and built for The Home Depot, ARCO has completed 6 office tenant improvement projects totaling approximately 340,000 SF.

ARCO’s partnership with The Home Depot includes six large-scale corporate renovation and workplace buildout projects ranging from lobby renovations to multi-story phased office construction. These projects featured executive offices, open office environments, collaboration and teleconference rooms, divisible training spaces, conference and meeting areas, call center functions, micro-market breakrooms, and renovated corporate lobby environments. Several projects were completed in occupied facilities with phased turnover, requiring detailed coordination to maintain operations throughout construction.

Key features across these spaces included custom architectural elements such as pallet wood wall and ceiling cladding, wood-clad cloud ceilings, exposed wood beam ceilings, aircraft cable suspended ceiling systems, and high-end finish packages incorporating backpainted glass, translucent resin panel accents, corrugated metal, ceramic tile flooring, and imported solid surface countertops. ARCO also delivered custom millwork and specialty installations including reception desks, built-in charging stations, glass storefront systems, revolving doors, and integrated LED lighting and signage.

These projects included major infrastructure upgrades such as HVAC system replacements, raised floor systems, redundant cooling, generator backup, and site and parking improvements, supporting long-term performance, reliability, and workplace functionality across The Home Depot’s corporate environments.
