This 234,000 SF auto component distribution facility is engineered for efficient material flow and dependable performance. The structure uses a precast and steel frame system to support quick assembly and long-term durability. The building provides a 35-foot clear height and includes 18 dock positions to accommodate steady freight movement and high-volume distribution needs. An 8,000 SF office buildout supports administrative and operational functions directly within the facility.
Building systems are designed to meet industrial requirements with dependable capacity. The facility includes a 3,000-amp electrical service sized for equipment loads and an ESFR sprinkler system supported by a 105,000-gallon water storage tank for fire suppression. Each system is configured to maintain safety, reliability, and code compliance throughout full-scale operation.
The project was delivered on a six-month construction schedule, meeting the timeline required for operational startup. The site layout and building configuration allow efficient circulation for trucks, personnel, and equipment, supporting streamlined day-to-day operations within an automotive supply chain environment.
