COWORKING OFFICE RENOVATIONS NATIONWIDE
Designed and built for Expansive Coworking, ARCO has completed 11 office tenant improvement projects totaling approximately 460,000 SF nationwide.
ARCO’s partnership with Expansive Coworking includes four design-build projects ranging from 13,000 to 100,000 SF. These projects included coworking buildouts and office renovations featuring open office areas, private offices, community spaces, conference rooms, break rooms, executive offices, lobbies, waiting areas, and server rooms. Several projects spanned multi-floor buildouts and renovations within fully occupied buildings, requiring detailed coordination and efficient scheduling to minimize disruption.
Key features across these spaces included full-height glass conference room walls and aluminum-framed office fronts, exposed ceilings paired with acoustical ceiling tile systems, and premium finish selections such as wood slat ceilings, large format ceramic tile flooring, specialty wall coverings, custom painting, and millwork upgrades. ARCO also completed major mechanical improvements including new rooftop HVAC units, upgraded air distribution, rerouted VAV ductwork, and enhanced lighting systems with linear LED pendants, accent fixtures, and energy-efficient lighting and plumbing upgrades.
With full design-build delivery, ARCO provided architectural and MEP design, engineering, permitting, and construction services, delivering modern, flexible coworking environments aligned with Expansive Coworking’s nationwide brand standards and tenant experience.
