Crow Holdings Industrial
OFFICE RENOVATION IN CHICAGO, IL
Designed and built for Crow Holdings Industrial, this project is an 2,000-total-square-foot office renovation.
This project consists of an approximately 2,000 SF office renovation for Crow Industrial Holdings’ new headquarters, delivered for a multisite client within an existing commercial space. The scope included construction of a break area, private offices, open office workspace, and conference rooms, organized to support executive leadership and day-to-day operations.
Interior improvements included installation of new glass partitions and privacy walls, providing a balance of transparency and acoustic separation. The space features exposed ceilings to maintain volume and an industrial aesthetic, along with vinyl composition tile flooring selected for durability and maintenance efficiency. Mechanical updates included revised HVAC distribution to support the new layout and occupancy requirements.
During preconstruction and construction, cost-control strategies were implemented through dollarized decision-making, providing clear pricing options that allowed scope adjustments while maintaining overall design intent. The project delivered a functional, efficient headquarters space aligned with brand standards and long-term operational needs.
