Designed and built for Coca-Cola, ARCO has completed 6 office tenant improvement projects totaling approximately 63,000 SF.
ARCO’s work for Coca-Cola includes multiple tenant improvement projects within larger beverage manufacturing and distribution facilities, focused on enhancing office environments and employee support spaces. These projects ranged from 2,000 to 20,346 SF and included break rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, training rooms, mezzanine-level employee spaces, and administrative office buildouts.
Key features across these renovations included durable broadcast flake epoxy flooring, two-tone epoxy paint systems, solid surface countertops with plastic laminate cabinetry, perimeter wall protection, and upgraded lighting with dome fixtures, accent track lighting, and energy-efficient systems. Break areas were enhanced with amenities such as Freestyle Coca-Cola beverage stations, while larger office and training spaces were designed to support administrative functions, collaboration, and employee development within active industrial environments.
Through ARCO’s design-build delivery, these tenant improvements provided modernized, durable, and functional workplace spaces integrated seamlessly within high-performance manufacturing facilities.
