The newly completed garden-style affordable housing community spans 234,528 square feet and includes 192 units across nine buildings, providing much-needed housing options for the region.
The development consists of eight three-story multifamily residential buildings and a 4,980-square-foot clubhouse, delivering a mix of thoughtfully designed units to support residents and families. Community amenities include private balconies, a playground, and shared spaces that promote resident engagement and quality of life.
Constructed using wood-framed construction, the community features durable exterior materials including manufactured stone veneer and fiber cement siding. The site also includes 233 outdoor parking spaces to support residents and visitors.
The Reserves at Eagle Point reflects a continued commitment to addressing affordable housing demand while delivering high-quality residential communities.
