The facility was constructed using exterior tilt-up concrete construction with insulated metal panels and features a 38-foot clear height, 64 dock positions, and two drive-in ramps to support high-capacity distribution operations. The building is equipped with a Freon refrigeration system, a 60-mil TPO roof system, and three 4,000 amp electrical services.
Additional building systems include full-building generator back-up and a layer picker system designed to enhance operational efficiency. The facility also features a solar-ready roof and is pursuing LEED certification.
The project included development of a 44-acre site, supporting the scale and infrastructure required for long-term cold storage and logistics operations.
