ARCO National Construction has completed a 68,606-square-foot multi-unit warehouse storage facility renovation for WareSpace in Englewood, Colorado. The project transformed a former call center and office building into a modern micro-warehouse facility designed to support flexible storage and workspace solutions for small and growing businesses.
The renovated facility includes 64,091 square feet of warehouse space and 4,515 square feet of office space. The project required a full demolition and interior gutting of the existing structure to accommodate the new warehouse layout and tenant-ready spaces.
As part of the renovation, ARCO installed two new dock positions and one ramp featuring two drive-in doors to support loading and distribution operations. The warehouse space is equipped with high-bay LED lighting and a racking wall system featuring uprights, beams, shelving, sheet metal wall panels, diamond plates, and trim.
Additional improvements included upgrades and modifications to existing fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems to support the facility’s new operational requirements. Site improvements included sealcoating of the existing pavement to enhance durability and overall site functionality.
The completed facility supports WareSpace’s flexible micro-warehouse concept, providing adaptable storage and workspace environments for a variety of small business users.
