Ovation by Avamere at Heartwood in Omaha, Nebraska
Located on an approximately 8.02-acre site in Omaha, Nebraska, Ovation by Avamere at Heartwood is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) consisting of two residential buildings totaling more than 334,000 square feet.
The community includes a three-story, approximately 121,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care building with 150 units. Constructed using three floors of panelized wood construction, the building features a brick veneer, metal panel, and Hardie panel façade. Two interior courtyards provide outdoor space and gathering areas for residents. The building includes 90 assisted living units and 60 memory care units.
The development also features a five-story, approximately 213,000-square-foot independent living building with 151 residential units. The structure includes a below-grade concrete parking garage with four floors of panelized wood construction above. Exterior materials include brick veneer, metal panel, and Hardie panel façade systems. The independent living building includes 10 studio units, 105 one-bedroom units, and 35 two-bedroom units.
Ovation by Avamere at Sienna Hills in Washington City, Utah
ARCO also completed Ovation by Avamere at Sienna Hills, a ±7.91-acre active adult retirement community in Washington City, Utah. The project includes two residential buildings totaling approximately 358,000 square feet designed to support independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.
The assisted living and memory care building includes approximately 130,000 square feet across three stories with 149 units. The building utilizes cold-formed metal stud construction and features stucco, brick veneer, and Hardie panel façade systems. Two interior courtyards provide shared outdoor spaces for residents. The facility includes 89 assisted living units and 60 memory care units.
The independent living building consists of a five-story, approximately 228,000-square-foot structure with 150 residential units. The building includes a below-grade concrete parking structure and four floors of panelized wood construction above. Exterior finishes include stucco, brick veneer, and Hardie panel façade systems. Residential options include 9 studio units, 106 one-bedroom units, and 35 two-bedroom units.
Together, the completed communities provide modern senior living environments designed to support comfort, independence, and access to supportive care services for residents.
