ARCO National Construction has completed The Reserves at Eagle Point, a nine-building, garden-style affordable housing apartment community in Aurora, Colorado. Developed for Overland Property Group, the project includes 192 residential units totaling 234,528 square feet and provides 384 beds to help meet growing housing demand in the region.
The development consists of eight three-story wood-framed multifamily residential buildings offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments featuring private balconies. The community’s exterior design incorporates manufactured stone veneer and fiber cement siding, creating a durable and visually cohesive architectural aesthetic.
The complex offers numerous amenities, including a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, a 24/7 fitness center, community rooms, a business center, a theater, outdoor entertainment spaces, a playground, and more. The site also includes 233 outdoor parking spaces to accommodate residents and visitors.
The Reserves at Eagle Point reflects ARCO’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality multifamily and affordable housing projects that balance cost control, durability, and resident-focused design.
