One of the many successful collaborations between ARCO and Provision Living is the Provision Living at East Lansing project, an approximately 80,000-square-foot senior living community designed to provide high-quality residential care in the Michigan market.
The facility was designed to support both assisted living and memory care residents, with thoughtfully planned residential suites, community gathering areas, and wellness-focused amenities. Interior spaces encourage social engagement and daily activity, while exterior architecture reflects the welcoming, residential character that defines Provision Living communities.
