ARCO National Construction, in partnership with BlueScope Properties Group, has recently completed a 352,268 SF speculative distribution facility in Apopka, Florida.
The facility is situated on a 65-acre site within Mid-Florida Logistics Park, a class A industrial business park with immediate highway access. The facility includes 3,500 SF of office space, 36′ clear height, 30 dock positions, and eight storefront entries. ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group have previously partnered to complete three other distribution facilities within this park including two build-to-suit facilities for end-users, Coca-Cola and Goya Foods, as well as a speculative warehouse development.
