This six-story, 144,000 SF apartment building is thoughtfully designed for sustainability, functionality, and community enjoyment. Featuring 120 units, the structure is built using prefabricated wall panels supported by durable belled caisson foundations, ensuring both strength and efficient assembly. Advanced design/build systems are implemented throughout for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, delivering reliable, energy-efficient utility management. A rooftop solar panel system further reduces the building's carbon footprint, contributing to its LEED® Silver certification.
Residents benefit from a spacious 10,000 SF amenity deck, offering a variety of recreational options, including a heated dog walk, a bocce ball court, full-service kitchens, and cozy fireplaces. These amenities are tailored for an enhanced residential experience, creating inviting spaces for socializing and relaxation.
