THE CHEFS’ WAREHOUSE
80,000 SF Cold Storage Facility & Office
Las Vegas, Nevada
ARCO National Construction partnered with The Chefs’ Warehouse to complete an 80,000 SF cold storage facility and office in Las Vegas, Nevada. The facility features multiple temperature zones, a commercial kitchen, 2-story office and insulated concrete tilt-up exterior walls with a split structure for refrigerated areas. The project is also LEED® certified.
ARCO has partnered with Restaurant Depot to complete 25 facilities totaling more than 1.5 million square feet in 9 states. Each retail and wholesale facility features multiple temperature zones, office areas, dock positions and covered parking canopies. Several of the projects are also LEED® certified.
ARCO completed this 165,000 SF foodservice distribution facility for Shetakis Foodservice in North Las Vegas, Nevada! The facility features a 66,275 SF warehouse with temperature-controlled and dry storage spaces. Additional features include a 5,630, 2-story office, tilt-up construction and motion sensor activated fluorescent lighting in the warehouse.
This 67,000 SF cold storage project for FoodPro, located in Frederick, Maryland, includes a freezer/cooler expansion and an office and warehouse tenant improvement. The cooler/freezer features multiple temperature zones and insulated metal panel construction. Additional facility features include a test kitchen, an office and training space and six dock positions.
Located in Moody, Alabama, ARCO completed this 59,000 SF foodservice distribution facility expansion for Red Diamond. The facility features five temperature zones, including a -10°F freezer and a 35°F cold dock. Additional features include insulated tilt-up construction, individual packaged split freon refrigeration systems and fluorescent motion sensor lighting.
ARCO completed this 50,000 SF foodservice distribution facility expansion for Hillcrest Foodservice in Cleveland, Ohio. The expansion project features 33,000 SF of dry warehouse space and a 17,000 SF -10°F freezer. The facility also features insulated metal panel construction and a 6″ reinforced floor slab.
Located in Zanesville, Ohio, ARCO completed this 41,700 refrigerated warehouse expansion for Mattingly Cold Storage. This state-of-the-art facility features a -20°F freezer and an Alta Expert refrigeration system.
36,000 SF Freezer/Cooler Conversion
This 36,000 SF freezer/cooler conversion located in Brisbane, California features an 11,000 SF cooler to -10°F freezer and a 2,000 SF cooler to -20°F freezer conversion. Additional features include a 23,000 SF 34°F cooler and value-engineered structural reinforcing for more than $110,000 in savings.
