Industry-leading design-build general contractor ARCO National Construction has expanded its national presence with the opening of an office in Las Vegas, Nevada. ARCO National Construction’s Las Vegas division will support new and existing regional clientele, as well as national clients throughout Las Vegas and Greater Nevada.

Located at 2370 Corporate Circle, Suite 190 in Henderson, Nevada, the new office is positioned to leverage Las Vegas’s prime location, which provides access to a rapidly growing industrial and logistics market.

ARCO has diverse industry experience in the local market, including warehouse, cold storage, pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, multifamily, and entertainment projects. Additionally, ARCO has national experience across nearly all industry types, including light industrial, commercial, beverage, cannabis, and science and technology.

The Las Vegas office will be led by ARCO executives Sam Stahnke and Aaron Spirek, who collectively bring decades of experience and expertise to the region.
