ARCO recently completed a 290,000 SF cold storage distribution facility for repeat developer client, BlueScope Properties Group and end-user Coca-Cola. The facility features a 127,000 SF 40°F cooler, 94,000 SF 0°F freezer, and high hazard (H3) storage space.
