ARCO BREAKS GROUND ON FIRST SPECULATIVE COLD STORAGE FACILITY IN GREATER KANSAS CITY REGION

ARCO is excited to begin construction on the Heartland Cold Storage Logistics Center for developer client, BCB Development! Located in Liberty, Missouri, the 167,575 square foot speculative cold storage facility will be the first of its kind in the greater Kansas City region. The food-grade facility will offer freezer and cooler space for one or multiple tenants.

According to Colliers and BCB Development, the Kansas City region is one of the largest and fastest growing food and beverage logistics hubs in the country. The central location will be especially beneficial for future food company tenants as it offers product distribution reach to 85% of the U.S. population in just two days.
