ARCO’s New England office recently completed a 234,000 SF distribution facility for repeat client, Griffin Industrial Realty. Located in Windsor, Connecticut, the new facility will serve as an auto component distribution center for Ford Motor Company.
Despite an accelerated schedule of just six months, ARCO delivered the project on time and on budget thanks to our tried and true design/build methodology and team of industry experts. Our dedication to due diligence allowed for design and construction processes to overlap, as well as potentially unforeseen issues to be addressed early on.
