ARCO CONTINUES CONSTRUCTION ON THREE PROJECTS FOR BLUESCOPE PROPERTIES GROUP

ARCO recently completed the first of three facilities for repeat developer client, BlueScope Properties Group! Located in Sanford, Florida, the recently completed facility is home to end-user Marine Fasteners. End-users Coca-Cola and Goya Foods will occupy the two additional buildings located in the Mid-Florida Logistics Park in Apopka.
ARCO has previously partnered with BlueScope Properties Group to complete The Park @ 429. We are thrilled to partner together once again on these exciting projects and look forward to their completion in 2020! Check out the information on each project below!
113,150 SF Build-to-Suit Distribution Facility
Sanford, Florida
ARCO partnered with BlueScope Properties Group to complete a 113,150 SF distribution facility for end-user Marine Fasteners. Located on a 9-acre site in Sanford, Florida, the build-to-suit facility features an 88,150 SF warehouse and a 25,000 SF office designed for future expansion. Additional features include structural steel and tilt-up construction, a 6″ reinforced floor slab and an electrical vehicle charging station.
332,171 SF Build-to-Suit Foodservice Distribution Facility
Apopka, Florida
ARCO is partnering with BlueScope Properties Group to complete this 332,171 SF foodservice distribution facility for Goya Foods located in the Mid-Florida Logistics Park in Apopka, Florida. Once completed, the facility will feature multiple temperature zones including a 20,800 SF -10°F freezer, 8,720 SF 36°F cooler, 10,480 SF 55°F cooler and a 5,608 SF cold dock. Additional features include an 11,223 SF office with mezzanine and store front and an ammonia refrigeration system with glycol underfloor heat. The 40-acre development will also include railroad spur service.
290,000 SF Build-to-Suit Beverage Distribution Facility
Apopka, Florida
ARCO is simultaneously working to complete this 290,000 SF build-to-suit beverage distribution facility, also located in the Mid-Florida Logistics Park in Apopka, Florida. The facility features multiple temperature zones including a 127,000 SF 40°F cooler and a 94,000 SF 0°F freezer. Additional features include an H3 high hazard storage space, tilt-up construction and a 2,000 SF office.
